Role Description – Operations Manager Intern

This remote internship opportunity is designed for college students or recent graduates interested in gaining hands-on experience in operations management within a dynamic digital marketing agency. As an Operations Manager Intern, you will assist in overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating with HR, sales, and other teams, and supporting the CEO and founder in running the company smoothly. This role will expose you to various aspects of business operations, leadership, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the CEO and founder in executing operational plans and business strategies
• Assist in managing cross-functional teams, including HR, Sales, and other departments
• Help coordinate recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and sales activities
• Monitor and report on operational metrics and team performance
• Contribute to process improvements and help implement efficient workflows
• Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Support communication and collaboration across different teams
• Participate in company culture and engagement initiatives

Internship Details

• Duration:

  2 to 3 months

• Working Hours:

  ~2–3 hours per day (flexible schedule)

• Mentorship:

  Weekly 1-on-1 sessions with the Team Manager or CEO (50–60 minutes)

Candidate Requirements

• College students or recent graduates (freshers welcome)
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Interest in operations, business management, and cross-team coordination
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently

• Prior internship or coursework in business, management, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory
