Social Media Manager

Job Title: Social Media Manager Location: Both WFO/ WFH Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 2–3 years Job Summary: We are hiring a Social Media Manager who is creative, strategic, and results-driven. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing all major social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, and should be capable of generating organic leads. This role also involves managing a small team and working closely with the creative and marketing departments. Key Responsibilities:Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other platforms. Drive organic lead generation through strategic social media planning and audience engagement. Coordinate with the design team to develop creatives, reels, carousels, and other content formats. Manage and grow LinkedIn company pages and personal brand profiles for lead nurturing. Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly. Stay updated with current trends, tools, algorithms, and platform updates. Supervise and guide junior team members or interns in content creation and posting. Run and manage basic ad campaigns when required (organic + paid coordination). Required Skills: Proven experience in organic lead generation, especially via LinkedIn. Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms and tools (Meta Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, etc.) Creative mindset with the ability to guide and develop strong visual and written content. Basic knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking. Good team management and coordination skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies. Strong communication and organizational skills. Salary: ₹15000 to 20000 Reporting To: Digital Marketing Manager
