We are seeking a motivated and creative Online Social Media Manager to expand our digital presence and connect with families who share our mission.

Responsibilities

As the Online Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing our digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms. Key responsibilities include:

• Create engaging and educational content (posts, videos, stories, and graphics) for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing campaigns.
• Foster relationships with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Build and maintain a strong, positive brand presence across all social media channels.
• Develop and implement social media campaigns to promote courses, programs, and events.
• Collaborate with the team to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
• Monitor social media metrics and analytics to assess performance and optimize future content.
• Prepare monthly reports outlining engagement, reach, growth, and campaign outcomes.
• Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, educators, and community partners to grow brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand, business, or organization (preferably in education, health, or family-oriented industries).
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Google Analytics.
• Understanding of current social media trends, best practices, and algorithms.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹62.59 - ₹254.26 per hour
