Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of social media platforms, create content strategies, and optimize performance through Social Media Optimization (SMO). Responsibilities will include curating and posting engaging content, fostering online engagement, monitoring platform analytics, and coordinating with internal and external teams to bolster the company’s online presence.

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Proficiency in building and executing effective Content Strategies
• Analytical mindset to track, interpret, and report on social media performance
• Adaptability to stay updated with evolving social media trends and platforms
• Experience in real estate or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
