Social Media Executive / Manager

You will play a key role in shaping the brand’s online presence, engaging our community, and supporting business objectives through compelling content and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Create engaging, high-quality, and brand-aligned content (text, image, and video) in collaboration with the design and content teams
• Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals and product launches
• Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels, including scheduling, posting, and community engagement
• Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm updates, and platform best practices
• Manage social media budgets and paid campaigns in coordination with digital advertising teams (if applicable)
• Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and engagement
• Monitor competitor activity and audience preferences to optimize strategy
• Handle crisis communication or negative feedback on social platforms in line with brand voice and company policy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
• 2–5 years of proven experience in a social media role (Executive or Manager level)
• Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and their analytics tools
• Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.)
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of SEO, social media advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and email marketing is a plus.
