Handle inbound queries from Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and WhatsApp Business Dashboard. • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, emails, and chats. • Understand customer needs and provide relevant product/service information. • Convert leads into successful sales through consultative selling and relationship-building. • Ensure a professional, courteous, and solution-oriented approach in every interaction. • Maintain high response speed and follow-ups to increase conversion ratio. • Provide complete product knowledge, offers, and solutions, guiding customers to purchase confidently. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (primary & secondary sales). • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products based on customer requirements. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and closures in CRM/dashboard. • Share daily/weekly sales reports with management. • Coordinate with digital marketing, operations, and logistics teams for smooth order processing. • Suggest improvements in inbound funnel (ad-to-query-to-sale)
