Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing social media marketing campaigns, creating and optimizing content, and monitoring and engaging with audiences across various social media platforms. The role requires active collaboration with other teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing and content strategies.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies
• Knowledge of analytics tools to measure social media performance
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Prior experience in the beauty or hair care industry is a plus
