Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Manage and grow our presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

Plan, create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform.

Monitor social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices, and apply knowledge to improve strategy and performance.

Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing graphics and compelling copy.

Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and foster a strong community.

Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns based on data insights.

Run and manage paid social media ad campaigns, including audience targeting and budget management.

Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and implement strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in managing corporate social media accounts.

Proven track record of growing brand presence and engagement through strategic content and campaigns.

Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and analytics tools.

Strong understanding of social media KPIs and ability to derive actionable insights from data.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong visual sense.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience in the IT services or digital marketing industry is a plus.

Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing is an added advantage.
