Job Title: Tele sales executive Location: Mohali, India Shift Timings: 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Drop will be provided.) Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month Job Summary: We are looking for candidates with exceptional communication skills to join our UK Financial Assistance (Voice) team. This role involves guiding customers about financial remedies to get out of debt. Candidates have to develop the interest of customers and generate the leads , requiring strong convincing, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be comfortable working in a UK night shift and handling financial interactions with international clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead generation for financial services in the UK market. Provide assistance to customers of financial remedies while maintaining professionalism and compliance. Document interactions and maintain accurate financial records. Ensure adherence to UK financial regulations and company policies. Meet daily and weeklytargets while maintaining high customer service standards. Required Qualifications & Skills: Graduation (Any discipline). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (mandatory). Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to handle sensitive financial discussions professionally. Comfortable working in a night shift (UK time zone) .
