Job Description

Role Overview- 


We are hiring a creative and analytical Social Media Manager who can build Stockbazaari’s digital brand, increase followers, drive engagement, and generate leads across platforms. The ideal candidate understands trading behavior, social media dynamics, and storytelling—and can convert market knowledge into content that educates, converts, and retains users.


Key Responsibilities-


🔍 Strategy & Planning


Build and execute data-driven social media strategies to grow reach, visibility, and conversions.

Plan and manage monthly content calendars for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Telegram, and WhatsApp.

Design campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.

Coordinate with design, product, and research teams for integrated content execution.

✍️ Content Creation & Management


Create compelling content tailored to each platform: reels, carousels, educational posts, market memes, polls, and more.

Develop scripts and video ideas for short-form and long-form content aligned with trading themes.

Write sharp, persuasive captions and CTAs that speak to our target audience.

Ensure brand consistency and message clarity across all touchpoints.

📈 Growth & Engagement


Develop and implement strategies to drive follower growth and improve audience retention.

Proactively engage with users via comments, DMs, and community groups.

Manage and grow social communities, especially on Telegram and Instagram.

📊 Performance Analysis


Monitor analytics across all platforms to track performance metrics: reach, engagement, CTRs, and conversions.

Use insights to optimize content strategy, posting times, and creative formats.

Conduct regular performance reports, competitor benchmarking, and A/B testing to refine approach.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1+ years of experience in social media management (preferably in finance, trading, or fintech).

Bachelor's degree.

Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Preferable- Familiarity with trading/investing terms and audience behavior.

Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite), and basic video editing.

Strong creative writing and communication skills.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Experience in managing paid social campaigns.

Understanding of algorithmic trading or stock market ecosystems.

Experience managing WhatsApp/Telegram-based communities.
