Social Media Manager

We are looking to hire a Social Media Manager with a strong grasp of social platforms, and in-depth knowledge of Social media strategies .The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building brand presence online, managing content calendars, and most importantly, planning and executing high-performing A solid understanding of current trends, audience engagement tactics, and platform algorithms is essential. Job Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing content calendars.
• Responsible for Idea creation & Content Development including GIFs and creating the Brand equity.
• Engaging with followers and customers and support in Lead generation.
• Lead Performance Marketing and provide insights on customer engagement across platforms including trends on customer interactions.
• Strategizing the overall Brand Equity and creating organic growth.
• Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers
• Setting the Marketing strategy for all new product launches
• Coordinating PR & Communications vendors and partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1-3 years of proven experience managing social media for brands or organizations.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
