Job Description

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing the digital and social media strategy for Apollo Sindoori Hotels. The role involves enhancing brand visibility, driving engagement, and promoting the hotels’ hospitality services, F&B offerings, events, and guest experiences across all major platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Creation

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with brand guidelines and business goals.
  • Create high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs) showcasing hotels, F&B outlets, events, rooms, amenities, and customer experiences.
  • Plan monthly social media calendars.
  • Coordinate photoshoots and video shoots with internal teams and external agencies.

Social Media Management

  • Manage all social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
  • Monitor page performance, respond to comments/messages, and maintain positive brand reputation.
  • Post real-time updates during events, festivals, promotions, and campaigns.

Branding & Campaigns

  • Ideate and execute digital campaigns to promote hotel stays, banquet bookings, F&B promotions, festive offers, and brand initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate online promotions with offline campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions).
  • Generate weekly/monthly analytics reports with insights and improvement suggestions.
  • Use tools like Meta Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Later, or other social media management software.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with hotel GMs, F&B managers, and operations teams for content requirements.
  • Coordinate with PR agencies, photographers, influencers, and brand partners.
  • Support marketing activities including email marketing, website updates, and print collateral content when required.

Crisis & Reputation Management

  • Manage guest reviews on Google, TripAdvisor, and OTA platforms in coordination with hotel teams.
  • Flag negative reviews/comments and ensure timely responses and issue resolution.

Skills & QualificationsEssential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 2–4 years experience in social media/digital marketing (hotel experience preferred).
  • Strong content writing, visual storytelling, and basic design skills.
  • Ability to handle photo/video content production.
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Canva, and social media analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience working with hotel brands, restaurants, or lifestyle brands.
  • Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and influencer collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
