We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and growth initiatives. This role goes beyond posting content — you'll be a strategic digital marketer responsible for brand awareness, lead generation, and campaign performance across all major platforms. Ideal candidates have proven success in B2B marketing , especially in the accounting, finance, or outsourcing sectors . Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management & Content Creation Develop, implement, and manage content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Create engaging, SEO-optimized content (reels, posts, carousels, articles, stories) Monitor analytics and trends to adjust content strategies Paid Advertising & Lead Generation Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation Launch and scale performance-driven ad campaigns with measurable ROI Set up retargeting strategies, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking SEO & Web Maintenance Collaborate with the web team for on-page and off-page SEO improvements Update and manage website landing pages and blog content via CMS (e.g., WordPress) Ensure website speed, performance, and SEO health are consistently optimized Graphic Design & Branding Design visually appealing creatives using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma Ensure visual consistency across all digital platforms and branding collateral CRM, Funnels & Analytics Work with CRM platforms and marketing funnels to nurture leads and track performance Analyze insights using Google Analytics , Meta Business Suite , and GA4 Provide regular performance reports with recommendations for improvement Requirements: Minimum 5 years of digital marketing and social media experience Strong command of Google Ads , Meta Ads , and SEO best practices Skilled in graphic design and content production tools Experience working with accounting firms , BPO , or outsourcing industries Excellent understanding of B2B lead generation funnels Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, WordPress, Canva, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite Strong communication, organization, and project management skills Please share your resume to +919529479497.
