We're Hiring: Senior Accountant (Team Lead)- For Australian Accounting Process 📍 Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan | Timings: 7 am – 4:30 pm | Full-time Are you ready to lead, mentor, and make an impact in global accounting? We’re looking for an experienced Senior Accountant (Team Lead) to lead our offshore delivery team and drive client satisfaction, quality, and outcomes. 🔹 What You'll Do: Manage and review the delivery of outsourced accounting services to Australian firms Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate work Review workpapers, BAS, IAS, tax returns (individual, company, trust), and financial statements Provide hands-on mentorship, training, and support to junior accountants Solve problems, ensure compliance, and meet deadlines with precision Act as the quality control checkpoint for final outputs 🔹 What You Bring: 5+ years of experience in Australian accounting or outsourcing setup. In-depth knowledge of Australian tax rules (GST, CGT, FBT, Div 7A). Strong command over Xero, XPM, and cloud-based accounting systems. Proven leadership in reviewing and finalizing deliverables. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills. A collaborative, calm, and confident leadership style.
