Are you a digital storyteller with a passion for building impactful brands online? We're looking for a Social Media Manager who can lead content strategy, manage client relationships, and drive audience engagement across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
• Create scroll-stopping content — including posts, reels, carousels, and videos — aligned with brand tone and goals
• Build and maintain monthly content calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns
• Conduct regular meetings with international clients to present strategies, updates, and performance insights
• Communicate effectively in advanced-level English, both written and verbal, with clients and internal teams
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize content and strategy
• Collaborate closely with designers, writers, and marketing leads to ensure cohesive brand messaging
• Stay updated with the latest platform trends, algorithms, and content formats
• Actively engage with audiences to build community and boost brand visibility

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for brands
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Advanced level)
• Proven experience in handling international clients and managing brand communications
• Strong creative mindset with visual storytelling skills
• Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Twitter Analytics, etc.
• Basic content writing and copywriting abilities
• Experience with short-form video content creation (e.g., Reels, TikTok)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and manage multiple accounts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,128.12 per month
