Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator with prior experience in a fast-paced agency environment. This role involves supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple client projects across creative, digital, and marketing channels. You’ll be the bridge between internal teams and clients, ensuring projects run smoothly, deadlines are met, and expectations are managed. Assist in coordinating and tracking the progress of multiple client projects from brief to delivery. Work closely with designers, copywriters, developers, and account managers to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met. Prepare schedules, update project management tools, and flag potential bottlenecks. Attend client meetings and internal briefings, taking accurate notes and following up on action items. Maintain project documentation including timelines, status reports, and deliverables. Ensure all creative output aligns with client expectations, brand guidelines, and timelines. Communicate regularly with clients and internal stakeholders to manage feedback, revisions, and approvals. Support budget tracking and resource allocation in collaboration with the project/account manager. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
