Role Overview

Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Strategy & Execution

  : Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and drive traffic to client websites across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and others.

• Content Creation

  : Create visually engaging and on-brand graphics, posts, stories, and videos using

  Canva Pro

  and other design tools to showcase client products and services.

• Client Handling

  : Work directly with clients, including those in the

  jewelry, fashion, and interior design

  industries, to understand their brand vision and goals. Translate those insights into social media content and campaigns.

• Campaign Management

  : Plan, schedule, and execute social media campaigns. Analyze performance data, optimize campaigns, and suggest improvements to maximize reach and engagement.

• Content Calendar & Strategy

  : Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with clients' marketing goals, seasonal trends, and product launches.

• Brand Consistency

  : Ensure that all social media posts align with the client’s voice and brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent and professional presence across all platforms.

• Reporting & Analytics

  : Regularly monitor and analyze social media performance metrics. Prepare and present reports to clients, showcasing key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.

Community Engagement

Required Qualifications

• Experience

  : 1+ year of proven experience in social media management, content creation, and strategy development.

• Design Skills

  : Proficiency in

  Canva Pro

  for creating graphics, social media posts, and promotional materials. Knowledge of other graphic design tools is a plus.

• Industry Knowledge

  : Experience working with clients from

  jewelry brands, fashion brands, or interior designers

  is a significant advantage.

• Social Media Expertise

  : Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Familiarity with trends, hashtags, and the latest social media tools.

• Content Strategy

  : Strong background in creating content strategies that are aligned with business goals, and capable of tailoring strategies for various industries.

• Communication Skills

  : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable interacting with clients and creating engaging content that speaks to target audiences.

• Analytical Mindset

  : Ability to interpret social media data, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly to improve performance.

• Creative & Proactive

  : A keen eye for detail, creativity, and a proactive approach to staying ahead of trends and competitors.
