Acquire and manage High Net-Worth Individual (HNI/UHNI) clients for PMS products.
Drive business development through direct sourcing, referrals, and partner channels.
Build strong long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Understand client risk profiles and recommend appropriate investment solutions.
Meet and exceed sales targets (monthly/quarterly AUM targets).
Coordinate with the internal research, operations, and compliance teams for smooth client onboarding and servicing.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and investment performance discussions with clients.
Stay updated with capital market trends, PMS product offerings, and SEBI regulations.
3–10 years of relevant experience in PMS, AIF, or Wealth Management sales.
Strong network of HNI/UHNI clients and proven track record of AUM mobilization.
Excellent understanding of investment products (PMS, AIFs, mutual funds, bonds, etc.).
NISM certifications (VA / XA & XB / Level 1/2 for RIA) preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and high integrity.
