Dream Hunt Productions is looking for a passionate and innovative Social Media Manager to lead our digital storytelling across platforms. If you’re someone who loves creating impactful content, understands audience behaviour, and can bring ideas to life through visuals and strategy—this role is for you.

🔸 Role Overview

As our Social Media Manager, you will drive the brand’s online identity, craft engaging multimedia content, and execute result-oriented campaigns. You’ll shape our brand voice, maintain consistency across platforms, and actively contribute to audience growth and engagement.

🔸 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish high-quality content—graphics, reels, videos, stories, and captions.

• Develop storytelling-led campaigns aligned with brand vision and goals.

• Edit and produce platform-friendly videos with strong pacing and clean transitions.

• Build and execute social media strategies for engagement and brand awareness.

• Manage content calendars and ensure timely, cohesive communication.

• Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.

• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and maintain a positive brand presence.

• Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and creative formats.

• Experiment with new ideas—live sessions, short-form videos, polls, etc.

🔸 Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related fields.

• 2-3 years of social media management experience.

• Strong storytelling, creative thinking, and content production skills.

• Proficiency in video editing, photography, and analytics tools.

• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.

• Ability to multitask, adapt, and collaborate effectively.
