Job Title: Social Media Manager

(Design Studio & Fine-Dine Restaurant)

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and brand-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and elevate the digital presence of our design studio and fine-dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong aesthetic sense, storytelling ability, and an understanding of luxury, hospitality, and design-led brands. This role focuses on building brand identity, driving footfall, showcasing experiences through compelling visual and written content, and independently handling PR and media coordination to strengthen brand visibility and positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand positioning for both design and fine-dining segments
  • Create monthly content calendars focusing on brand storytelling, launches, events, and seasonal campaigns
  • Maintain brand tone, visual language, and consistency across all platforms

Content Creation & Management

  • Create and curate high-quality content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and carousels
  • Coordinate photo shoots, food styling, interior shots, behind-the-scenes, and design showcases
  • Write engaging captions, hashtags, and call-to-actions aligned with luxury hospitality standards
  • Manage platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business

Restaurant-Specific Responsibilities

  • Promote menu launches, chef specials, events, festivals, and collaborations
  • Highlight guest experiences, ambience, plating, service excellence, and reviews
  • Drive reservations and walk-ins through strategic content and promotions

Design Studio-Specific Responsibilities

  • Showcase design concepts, projects, site progress, completed works, and material stories
  • Build thought leadership content around design philosophy, trends, and craftsmanship
  • Support business development through brand positioning and portfolio visibility

PR & Media Coordination (Independent Responsibility)

  • Independently handle coordination with external PR agencies and media partners for both verticals
  • Plan and execute PR activities including brand launches, menu launches, events, collaborations, and campaigns
  • Coordinate media coverage across print, digital, lifestyle, food, and design platforms
  • Share press notes, brand decks, images, and content with PR teams in a timely manner
  • Act as the single point of contact between internal teams and PR agencies
  • Track PR coverage, media mentions, features, and brand visibility outcomes
  • Ensure consistency between PR messaging and overall brand communication strategy
  • Support long-term brand-building initiatives through sustained media presence

Community & Reputation Management

  • Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a professional and brand-appropriate manner
  • Monitor online reputation and engage with influencers, partners, and collaborators
  • Coordinate with operations, chefs, designers, and management for real-time content

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions
  • Prepare monthly performance and PR visibility reports with actionable insights
  • Optimize content and PR strategy based on data and trends

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Hospitality, or a related field
  • More than 5 years of experience managing social media for luxury brands, restaurants, hospitality, or design firms
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and premium brand aesthetics
  • Excellent written English and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with Instagram-focused content and reels

Preferred Skills

  • Basic photography, videography, and editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
  • Experience working with fine-dining, cafés, hotels, or premium lifestyle brands
  • Influencer collaboration and campaign management experience
  • Paid social media advertising knowledge
  • Ability to work flexible hours during events, launches, or media engagements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
