We’re seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to own our online presence across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for developing content strategies, growing engagement, and driving brand awareness. This role combines creativity, strategy, and analytics — perfect for someone who understands both storytelling and metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with business goals.
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
Create and curate engaging, on-brand content — text, images, reels, stories, and videos.
Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to produce high-quality campaigns.
Monitor social trends, audience insights, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and report on performance metrics.
Respond to community comments and DMs promptly and professionally.
Track and analyze engagement, reach, and conversion data using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Sprout Social.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of proven experience managing social media channels for a brand, agency, or startup.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Experience with content planning, calendar management, and analytics.
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines simultaneously.
