Social Media Manager

Role Overview:

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and executing

    personal branding strategies

    for clients (founders, entrepreneurs, professionals).
  • Creating engaging, platform-specific content across

    LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube/Shorts

    .
  • Managing content calendars, storytelling, and engagement growth for client accounts.
  • Coordinating with design, video editors, and copywriters to deliver polished campaigns.
  • Tracking analytics and iterating strategies based on data.
  • Staying updated on latest

    startup ecosystem trends, social media algorithms, and personal branding best practices

    .

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Strategy & Branding

  • Develop tailored branding roadmaps for each client.
  • Define their positioning, tone of voice, and storytelling approach.
  1. Content Creation & Management

  • Write scripts, captions, and thought-leadership posts.
  • Conceptualize and coordinate

    reels, carousels, blogs, and video snippets

    .
  • Maintain posting calendars and ensure timely execution.
  1. Engagement & Growth

  • Actively engage with the community on behalf of clients.
  • Leverage trends, hooks, and formats to boost reach.
  • Optimize performance using data-driven insights.
  1. Collaboration & Execution

  • Work with internal creative team (design/editing) for visuals.
  • Liaise with clients for approvals and feedback.
  • Ensure all deliverables align with client goals.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in

    social media management / personal branding / digital marketing

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts

    content formats.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with Canva, AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.), and analytics dashboards.
  • Ability to juggle multiple client accounts and deadlines.
  • Passion for startups, entrepreneurship, and thought leadership content.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Video editing skills (basic reels/shorts edits).
  • Prior experience in managing

    founder/ CXO personal branding
