About All About Startups (ABS): All About Startups is building a one-stop platform for the startup ecosystem, supporting universities, founders, and professionals with ecosystem services, upskilling programs, and personal branding. We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager who can help our clients (founders, professionals, and startups) build a strong digital presence and thought leadership. Role Overview: As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for: Designing and executing personal branding strategies for clients (founders, entrepreneurs, professionals). Creating engaging, platform-specific content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube/Shorts . Managing content calendars, storytelling, and engagement growth for client accounts. Coordinating with design, video editors, and copywriters to deliver polished campaigns. Tracking analytics and iterating strategies based on data. Staying updated on latest startup ecosystem trends, social media algorithms, and personal branding best practices . Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Branding Develop tailored branding roadmaps for each client. Define their positioning, tone of voice, and storytelling approach. Content Creation & Management Write scripts, captions, and thought-leadership posts. Conceptualize and coordinate reels, carousels, blogs, and video snippets . Maintain posting calendars and ensure timely execution. Engagement & Growth Actively engage with the community on behalf of clients. Leverage trends, hooks, and formats to boost reach. Optimize performance using data-driven insights. Collaboration & Execution Work with internal creative team (design/editing) for visuals. Liaise with clients for approvals and feedback. Ensure all deliverables align with client goals. Requirements: Relevant experience in social media management / personal branding / digital marketing . Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts content formats. Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills. Familiarity with Canva, AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.), and analytics dashboards. Ability to juggle multiple client accounts and deadlines. Passion for startups, entrepreneurship, and thought leadership content. Nice-to-Have: Video editing skills (basic reels/shorts edits). Prior experience in managing founder/ CXO personal branding .
