The intern will be responsible for creating and scheduling social media content, engaging with followers, and analyzing social media metrics. The role also involves executing digital marketing campaigns, supporting overall marketing efforts, and assisting in developing communication strategies. Daily tasks include content creation, campaign execution, and collaboration with different teams. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential clients, partners, or markets to support Thrivento’s growth strategy. Assist in creating and refining pitch decks, proposals, and other business development materials. Support outreach efforts, including drafting emails, scheduling meetings, and following up with leads. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for team strategy. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align efforts and maximize opportunities. Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative approaches to business growth. Qualifications: Current enrolment in a graduation or post-graduation degree program (e.g., Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field) preferred. Strong interest in business development, sales, or entrepreneurship. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with solid research and analytical abilities. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
