shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a small assignment test to

evaluate basic design sense and creativity.


Must Have :


1. Content Creation & Posting:

o Develop, curate, and publish engaging, relevant, and high-quality content across

social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

o Ensure consistency in the brand voice, tone, and message across all channels.

2. Audience Engagement:

o Actively monitor and engage with followers by responding to comments, messages,

and inquiries promptly.

o Initiate conversations and build relationships with followers to strengthen the

community and enhance brand loyalty.

3. Analytics & Reporting:

o Track social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, etc.) using

analytics tools.

o Analyze the results of campaigns and posts to determine what is working, what isn’t,

and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

o Prepare weekly/monthly reports summarizing key metrics and insights.

4. Post-Engagement Activities:

o Follow up with audience interactions, such as comments, direct messages, or

mentions, to build relationships and foster loyalty.

o Monitor brand reputation and resolve any issues or negative feedback professionally.

5. Campaign Management:

o Assist in developing social media campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and

conversions.

o Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute cross-channel campaigns

(including email, influencer marketing, etc.)

6. Trend Awareness & Innovation:

o Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure

The company’s social media presence remains fresh and competitive.

o Experiment with new content formats and strategies to engage the target audience

effectively.

7. Basic Content & Design Edits:

o Should have a basic understanding of content and creative design to make minor corrections or adjustments independently without external assistance.


Good to have :


Proven experience in social media management and content creation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).

• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

• Creative, proactive, and organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

• Strong understanding of branding and audience engagement strategies.
