We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and optimize social media campaigns for our e-commerce clients, primarily based in the US, UK, and Canada. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Shopify and a strong understanding of B2C marketing strategies tailored for online shopping platforms.
● Social Media Strategy & Execution: Plan, create, and manage social media strategies for e-commerce clients across platforms including Facebook, Instagram.
● The candidate must have hands-on experience in creating and managing ads on Facebook (Business Account), which includes campaign setup, targeting, budget allocation, performance monitoring, and optimization to drive ROI.
● SMO & Brand Visibility: Develop and implement effective Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
● International Client Handling: Manage accounts for US, UK, and Canadian clients, ensuring campaigns are localized, culturally relevant, and performance-driven.
● Shopify Integration: Work on Shopify-based projects, aligning social campaigns with store activities, promotions, and sales objectives.
● Tracking & Analytics: Implement and monitor tracking codes, pixels, and analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
● Performance Optimization: Optimize campaigns and content to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and long-term retention.
● Reporting & Insights: Analyze campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
● Market Awareness: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and e-commerce best practices to ensure innovative strategies.
● 2–4 years of experience in social media management for e-commerce (B2C).
● Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and paid campaign management.
● Hands-on experience with Shopify platform (mandatory).
● Experience in setting up and managing tracking codes, pixels, and analytics integrations.
● Excellent communication and client-handling skills (international exposure preferred).
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results within deadlines.
● Advanced knowledge of Shopify store integrations, apps, and custom tracking.
● Prior experience with e-commerce brands or agencies handling B2C clients.
● Global project involvement and international client coordination
