Job Description

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive with at least 2 year of experience to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, audience engagement, performance tracking, and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:Content Creation & Management: Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). Write compelling copy tailored to different platforms and audience segments. Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging. Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members for content creation. Social Media Strategy & Execution: Implement social media strategies to align with marketing goals. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive engagement and conversions. Community Management & Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and messages in a timely manner. Build relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and industry professionals. Handle customer queries and escalate issues when necessary. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and conversions. Use analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.) to generate reports and insights. Suggest and implement improvements based on performance data. Advertising & Promotions: Assist in running paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Optimize ad spend and targeting based on data insights. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role. Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creativity with a keen eye for design and detail. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software is a plus. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,646.73 - ₹34,220.78 per month
