Social Media Executive

About Us

We are a well-established jewellery brand with a strong retail presence since 1999 and a fast-growing e-commerce business. We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who is creative, proactive, and knows how to make social media work for business growth. If you’re someone who knows all the tricks of social platforms, can design, run ads, and think outside the box, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other trending platforms.
• Work with the team to generate viral, high-engagement content (reels, stories, posts, campaigns).
• Use latest social media trends, hacks, and tricks to maximize reach and engagement.
• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads).
• Use basic designing software (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator) to create engaging creatives.
• Track analytics, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, and the marketing team to execute campaigns.
• Be flexible and resourceful—never say “this is not my job,” even for tasks outside your role.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Ability to run paid ads (Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, Google Ads).
• Basic design skills in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to identify what content works for reach and conversions.
• Analytical skills to track insights and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent communication and adaptability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
