Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to manage and enhance the online presence of all our company verticals. The role involves creating engaging content, driving brand awareness, increasing engagement, and ensuring consistent branding across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Management
  • Develop and execute social media content calendars for all verticals.
  • Create engaging posts (text, graphics, videos, reels, stories) tailored for each platform.
  • Coordinate with design and technical teams for visual and content requirements.
  • Strategy & Branding
  • Build brand-specific strategies aligning with each company’s goals.
  • Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Run targeted campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Engagement & Community Building
  • Monitor social channels, respond to queries, and manage online reputation.
  • Grow and nurture online communities by interacting with followers and industry groups.
  • Track trending topics, hashtags, and competitors for relevant engagement.
  • Advertising & Campaigns
  • Manage paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google.
  • Optimize ad spends for lead generation, recruitment, and brand visibility.
  • Work closely with the sales/HR team for campaign-specific goals.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
  • Prepare monthly reports with insights and improvement plans.
  • Recommend innovative strategies based on analytics.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter).
  • Ability to design basic creatives using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in short video/reel editing tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Creative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical ability to interpret data and improve campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
