Job Title : Social Media Content Creator & Promoter

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and energetic individual to manage and promote our brand through social media. The role involves creating engaging short videos, posters, and other digital content, and actively posting on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to increase visibility, engagement, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Create short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) and posters related to our products and services.
• Plan, design, and publish daily/weekly content on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Shoot and edit photos and videos for promotional use.
• Develop creative captions and hashtags to improve engagement.
• Monitor and respond to comments/messages on social media.
• Track the performance of posts (views, likes, shares, reach) and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on current social media trends and apply them to brand promotion.
• Work with the management team to align content with business goals.

Skills & Qualifications

• Basic skills in photo/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and trending social media features.
• Creative thinking with good communication skills (in English and Malayalam).
• Ability to shoot content using a smartphone or camera.
• Previous experience in content creation/digital marketing is an advantage.

• Full-time
• Based at Ezhukone, Kottarakkara, Kollam.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
