Location: DelhiExperience: 1 to 2 Years of Agency Experience in Multi-client EnvironmentRole Type: Full-timeWhat You’ll OwnYou’ll support the social media function by handling day-to-day execution: posting, scheduling, basic reel editing, research, and communication.This role is for someone who loves content, understands platforms, and enjoys making things happen quickly.

What You’ll Do • Post and schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube • Edit basic reels using CapCut/InShot and prepare short-form video drafts • Research trends, audios, hooks, and competitor content • Write clean, brand-aligned captions for daily posts • Coordinate with designers, editors, and internal team members • Maintain content trackers, schedules, and weekly reports • Assist the Social Media Manager in preparing monthly content calendars • Monitor comments, DMs, and basic engagement tasks • Ensure all posts follow brand guidelines and are delivered on time What You Need to Bring • 1 to 2 years of hands-on social media execution experience • Ability to edit short videos and reels • Basic design sense and familiarity with Canva • Strong understanding of Instagram features, formats, and engagement patterns • Good writing skills: captions, hooks, and short lines • Highly organised with an eye for detail • Comfortable working with multiple brands at once • Quick learner with a proactive attitude Educational Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, English, Journalism, or similar creative f ields • Strong portfolio can outweigh academic background Preferred Certifications • Meta Social Media Marketing Certification • HubSpot Social Media Marketing Certification • Canva Design Fundamentals Certification • Any short-form video editing training (CapCut, Premiere Rush, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
