Desired Skills

Expertise in .NET technologies including OOPS concepts, Exception Handling, Collections, Data Structures, and Algorithms.

Hands-on experience in C#.NET, ASP.NET MVC, VB.NET, .NET Core.

Strong knowledge of .NET Framework, Web API, WCF.

Proficiency in MS SQL Server and Oracle Database.

Experience with front-end technologies such as Bootstrap, JQuery, JavaScript, HTML, and XML.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.

Hands-on experience with GIT, JIRA, and Agile Scrum methodologies.

Strong leadership and mentorship skills to guide development teams.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to drive the effective creation and delivery of applications and products.

Architect, design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, ensuring best practices in coding standards and guidelines.

Drive innovation and optimize development processes to improve productivity and quality.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Oversee the entire software development lifecycle and ensure compliance with software processes and procedures.

Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables effectively.

Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and bottlenecks.

Stay updated with emerging frameworks, technologies, and industry trends, ensuring the adoption of best practices.
