At Bizyocon KZ Pvt. Ltd., we believe in the power of digital to transform businesses. We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive to manage our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand growth across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics, etc.).
Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to optimize strategies.
Run paid ad campaigns and track performance (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers through creative strategies.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to build community engagement.
Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams for campaigns and promotions.
Track and report key performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, ROI, etc.).

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in social media management/digital marketing (Freshers with strong portfolios can apply).
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, video editing tools, etc.).
Good copywriting and communication skills.
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising campaigns is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,846.93 - ₹40,955.29 per month
