We are looking for a data-driven Social Media Analyst with strong exposure to AI tools and analytics to monitor, analyze, and optimize social media performance. The role focuses on leveraging AI-powered insights to improve engagement, campaign performance, and audience growth across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze social media performance across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
Use AI tools to track trends, sentiment, engagement, and audience behavior
Generate actionable insights from data to improve content strategy and campaigns
Monitor competitors using AI-based social listening tools
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights
Identify content gaps, best-performing formats, and posting times using AI analytics
Support paid and organic campaigns with data-backed recommendations
Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in social media analysis or digital marketing
Strong understanding of social media metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions)
Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, predictive analytics tools, sentiment analysis tools, automation platforms)
Experience with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Sprout, Hootsuite, etc.)
Strong data interpretation and reporting skills
Good communication and presentation skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with AI-powered social listening tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,076.57 - ₹37,598.35 per month
