We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with strong AI exposure to manage the entire digital marketing lifecycle—from strategy and planning to execution, optimization, and reporting. The role requires hands-on experience across SEO, PPC, social media, content, email, analytics, and automation, using AI tools to improve performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns
Use AI tools for keyword research, audience targeting, content creation, and performance prediction
Manage and optimize SEO, PPC (Google & Meta Ads), Social Media, Email Marketing
Analyze data using Google Analytics, AI dashboards, and marketing automation tools
Optimize funnels, landing pages, and conversion rates (CRO)
Create and manage content calendars with AI-assisted insights
Track KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance; prepare weekly/monthly reports
Perform competitor analysis and market research using AI tools
Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams
Stay updated on digital trends, AI innovations, and platform updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

6+ years of experience in full-cycle digital marketing
Strong hands-on knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email & Content Marketing
Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, automation tools, AI analytics platforms)
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and ad platforms
Strong analytical, optimization, and reporting skills
Excellent communication and campaign management abilities

Preferred Skills

Experience with marketing automation & CRM tools
Knowledge of AI-driven personalization and predictive analytics
CRO, A/B testing, and funnel optimization experience
Basic HTML/CSS or CMS knowledge (WordPress preferred)

Pay: ₹14,881.32 - ₹63,878.28 per month
