Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Client Relationship Management

    : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business needs and objectives. Serve as the primary point of contact for senior clients.
  • Strategic Planning

    : Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to clients’ business goals, ensuring alignment with their marketing or business strategies.
  • Account Growth & Retention

    : Drive revenue growth and client retention through proactive account management, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership

    : Lead and mentor account management teams, providing guidance and support in day-to-day operations, as well as in the execution of client campaigns.
  • Project Management

    : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Client Presentations

    : Lead client presentations, workshops, and reviews to demonstrate the value of services, report on performance, and discuss new opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    : Collaborate with creative, digital, media, and production teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients, ensuring seamless execution across all touchpoints.
  • Financial Management

    : Manage account budgets and ensure profitability by forecasting, tracking, and reporting on revenue, expenses, and project costs.
  • Market Insight & Strategy

    : Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide clients with relevant insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution

    : Address and resolve any client issues or conflicts swiftly, ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience

    : 2+ years in account management or client servicing within [industry, e.g., advertising, marketing, media, etc.], with a proven track record of managing high-profile clients.
  • Leadership

    : Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams and managing client accounts at a senior level.
  • Strategic Thinking

    : Strong ability to develop strategic plans that align with client goals and business objectives.
  • Communication Skills

    : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to clients and internal teams.
  • Project Management

    : Experience managing complex projects and delivering results under tight deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Financial Acumen

    : Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
  • Problem-Solving

    : A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions that add value to the client and organization.
  • Client-Centric

    : Passionate about delivering exceptional client service and creating long-term partnerships.
  • Education

    : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
