Social Media Director

As the Head of Operations - Social Media at Mediachondria Digital, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and establishing the social media division of our agency. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement operational frameworks, streamline processes, and ensure operational excellence within the department. Your key tasks will include building and executing the operational framework for the social media department, fostering collaboration between various teams such as strategy, copy, design, and video, enforcing SOPs and documentation standards, overseeing resource planning and delivery timelines, as well as leading the hiring and onboarding processes for your team. We are looking for an individual with at least 7-8 years of experience in agency operations or project management, preferably in social-first brands. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of setting up processes and departments from scratch, possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and high emotional intelligence. Proficiency in project management tools, particularly Notion, is desirable. You will have a hybrid work arrangement, spending 2-3 days at our office in Parel, Mumbai.
