Role Description

Social Media Director

This is a volunteer-only role. The position does not offer financial compensation. It is an opportunity to collaborate, build portfolio-quality work, and gain experience while contributing to the development of our project.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a consistent

  social media strategy

  across platforms (Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create engaging content with a strong

  narrative

  voice, ensuring alignment with the project’s themes and goals.
• Design posts, banners, and other assets using

  graphic design and UI principles

  .
• Collaborate with the team to highlight progress, updates, and community-driven initiatives.
• Track engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirments

• Strong understanding of

  storytelling and narrative building

  for online audiences.
• Experience in

  graphic design

  and basic UI principles (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.

• Narrative skills specific to

  games or interactive media

• Exposure to

  3D art

  pipelines (to better communicate visuals).
• Basic knowledge of

  website design and development

  (WordPress, Webflow, or similar).
• Passion for games, interactive storytelling, and community engagement.
