Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Director based in Kozhikode. The Social Media Director will lead social media strategies, oversee campaign execution, and ensure alignment with client objectives. Responsibilities include optimizing content for platforms, managing public relations within digital channels, creating innovative content strategies, and tracking the performance of social media activities. The director will supervise a team to develop impactful social media campaigns, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered within deadlines and budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Experience with Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Proficient in Communication and Public Relations strategies
• Strong capabilities in developing and executing effective Content Strategy
• Leadership, organizational, and team collaboration skills
• Familiarity with the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Previous experience in a digital marketing or creative agency is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site environment
