About Swapify

Swapify is a subscription-based tiffin platform that personalises meals based on user preferences, budget and distance. We connect customers with curated tiffin vendors, giving users flexibility and vendors visibility — all while making good food easy and accessible.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing & Content Executive to lead Swapify’s digital presence. You’ll handle everything from strategising marketing campaigns to creating engaging content that connects with both customers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Google and other relevant platforms.
  • Create engaging social media content (reels, posts, stories, blogs) aligned with Swapify’s tone and mission.
  • Manage brand presence across digital platforms and coordinate with designers or video editors when needed.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to design and implement growth strategies for both user and vendor acquisition.
  • Track performance metrics (engagement, CTR, CAC, conversions) and optimise campaigns accordingly.
  • Build and maintain a content calendar for consistent communication.
  • Ideate and execute offline activation campaigns (college partnerships, sampling events, etc.) when required.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a startup or food-tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content trends and performance analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and basic SEO.
  • Good sense of design and copy — able to create or brief creatives effectively.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi for content creation.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think independently and execute quickly.
Bonus Skills
  • Video editing and basic graphic design (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.).
  • Experience in influencer outreach or community building.
  • Prior exposure to food-delivery, F&B or subscription-startups.
