Senior Associate – Partnerships & Relationship Building

Swapify is looking for a results-oriented professional with 4–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership roles. This role is ideal for someone who can independently build and manage strategic relationships, lead outreach efforts, and drive community growth and development. You'll play a key role in expanding our network and improving Swapify’s on-ground visibility across Indore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and build strategic relationships with PG owners, campus communities, influencers, and local stakeholders
• Lead partnership and outreach initiatives to drive user acquisition and hyperlocal presence
• Represent Swapify in external meetings, events, and collaborations
• Maintain long-term engagement with key partners and explore new growth opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align partnership efforts with overall business goals

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management roles
• Proven track record of driving partnerships and achieving measurable growth
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple external relationships
• Experience in startups, food-tech, or hyperlocal businesses is a strong plus
