About the Role:

Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

Social Media Responsibilities:

• Plan and maintain a

  monthly social media content calendar

• Create and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
• Design eye-catching creatives, carousels, Reels, and short-form videos using tools like Canva
• Monitor trends and creatively align them with our brand messaging
• Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with the community
• Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements

Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

• Run basic paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for reach, engagement, and conversions
• Assist with keyword research and on-page/off-page SEO
• Support in writing blog content, landing pages, emailers, and newsletters
• Contribute to lead generation strategies and performance reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1+ year of experience (including internships/freelance) in social media or digital marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience with Canva, Reels, or any basic design/editing tools
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or basic analytics tools
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and time management

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of Buffer, Hootsuite, ChatGPT, SEMrush, Mailchimp, or similar tools
• Basic understanding of SEO, content funnels, and audience targeting
• A portfolio of past campaigns, personal projects, or college work
