Senior Technical Business Analyst

The Senior Technical Business Analyst role at our company requires a candidate with a techno-functional mindset and 7-10 years of experience. You will play a crucial role as a liaison between clients and developers, responsible for translating detailed business requirements into technical specifications, guiding developers, reviewing code, and ensuring that all technical solutions align with business objectives. This position is based in Vasco, Goa and offers exciting opportunities to work on innovative projects across Retail, Supply Chain, and Accounting/ERP systems. Your key responsibilities will include interfacing with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating requirements into technical specifications, guiding developers on code structure and design, reviewing code in JavaScript, Python, and SQL, testing APIs, and creating documentation such as FRDs, SDDs, test scenarios, and user stories. Additionally, you will be involved in activities like UAT, logic validation, and production release reviews. To excel in this role, you must have 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical product environment, proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and SQL, expertise in designing and reviewing DB schemas, data flows, and API structures, a deep understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies, and excellent documentation and communication skills. Preferred skills include experience in Retail, Supply Chain, or Accounting/ERP domains, previous work with dev teams in startups or product-based environments, and functional knowledge of Inventory, Invoicing, Finance, or Order Management.
