Senior Technical Business Analyst

As a Senior Technical Business Analyst at TechProjects, your primary responsibility will be to analyze business requirements, conduct business process and systems analysis, and utilize your strong analytical skills to drive successful IT projects. You will be working remotely on a full-time basis with the flexibility to choose your work hours within the specified time frames. They offer a wide range of services including Enterprise Digital Transformation, Data Intelligence & Automation, cloud upgrades, ERP, CRM, IT Security, and AI. TechProjects is dedicated to providing value and personalized experiences for both clients and employees. The ideal candidate for this role will be detail-oriented with a broad understanding of business processes and technical expertise in web applications, databases, and complex queries. You will be leading the web portal design and development for customer and vendor portals, requiring a mix of business, technical, and leadership skills. Your key responsibilities will include: 1. Business & Functional Analysis: - Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and define use cases, user journeys, and workflows for the portals. - Translate business needs into functional specifications for developers and ensure alignment with supply chain, inventory, and order management systems. - Conduct feasibility studies, provide recommendations for portal features, integrations, and security. 2. Portal Design & Development Oversight: - Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create a user-friendly, responsive design. - Work with developers and architects to define the technology stack and oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle. - Ensure the portals support key features like online ordering, inventory updates, invoicing, and vendor communications. 3. Data & System Integration: - Work with data teams to establish proper data flows between portals and backend systems. - Define data models for customer and vendor transactions, pricing, promotions, and discounts. - Ensure real-time synchronization with inventory, billing, and reporting systems. 4. Testing & Quality Assurance: - Define test cases and acceptance criteria for portal features and collaborate with QA teams for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). 5. Project Management & Stakeholder Communication: - Act as a bridge between business, IT, development teams, and third-party vendors. - Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies using Agile or Waterfall methodologies. - Prepare status reports, demos, and presentations for executives and business teams. 6. Post-Launch Support & Optimization: - Monitor portal performance, user feedback, and work on enhancements, bug fixes, and scalability for future business growth. - Conduct training sessions for internal teams and end-users. Key Skills Required: - Business Process Analysis with a focus on understanding wholesale & retail grocery operations. - Web Development Knowledge including familiarity with front-end/back-end technologies and APIs. - ERP & Supply Chain Integration experience with systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. - Data & Reporting proficiency working with databases, SQL, and analytics tools. - Project Management skills using Agile, Scrum, Jira, or similar tools. - Stakeholder Communication expertise with strong presentation and requirement-gathering skills.,
