Job Description

Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst & E2E Requirement Gathering(BRD,FRD,FSD).
Experience in the Pharma domain would be an added advantage & Quality guidelines and regulations for "Good Practices(GXP,GMP,GLP Ectc.)
Create functional specifications as user stories in JIRA to support an Agile development process using CICD Pipeline
Collaborate with the Technical Analyst and development team to ensure understanding of specifications
Identify, assess, and document business requirements, recommend business priorities, and advise on options and risks and changes.
Act as the subject matter expert, providing in-depth systems expertise from a functional perspective in a support capacity for new initiatives and projects
Assist business users, project managers, and IT leadership in optimizing the scope, benefits, and risks of assigned projects/tasks
Write or assist in writing solution designs and critical control measures
Manage change requests & Provide support during hyper care
Participate in sprint planning
Maintain the product backlog
