You will have the opportunity to contribute to the data management architecture of industry-leading software by working closely with cross-functional teams and regional experts. Your focus will be on data security and global availability to facilitate data-driven decisions for customers. This stable, long-term project with a global client emphasizes digital transformation and change management. - Solve Operational Challenges: Find creative solutions for customers across the software catalog. - Customer Deployments: Plan, provision, and configure enterprise-level solutions globally. - Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve issues in customer environments. - Automation: Maintain automation pipelines for software lifecycle stages. - Documentation: Write and upkeep documentation for processes, configurations, and procedures. - Meet SRE & MTTR Goals: Troubleshoot environment failures within SRE MTTR goals. - Collaborate and Define: Work with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. - Implement Best Practices: Ensure high standards in coding and security to protect systems and data. - Strategize and Plan: Participate in defect triage, strategy, and architecture planning. - Maintain Performance: Ensure database performance and resolve development issues. - Deliver Quality: Translate requirements into high-quality solutions following Agile methodologies. - Review and Validate: Conduct detailed design reviews to align with approved architecture. - Collaborate: Work with application development teams throughout development, deployment, and support phases. **Mandatory Skills:** - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field - Proficiency in Database technologies (RDBMS, no-SQL) and software languages (NodeJS, Angular, Java, Python, C++) - Knowledge and experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure), Cloud Managed Services (RDS, Messaging, Serverless Computing, blob storage), Provisioning (Terraform Helm), and Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) - Customer-driven and result-oriented focus - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Strong understanding of Kubernetes and Git - Strong desire to stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the field **Nice-to-Have Skills:** - Knowledge in the E&P Domain (Geology, Geophysics, Well, Seismic or Production data types) - GIS experience is desirable If you have strong technical skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to security, you are encouraged to apply and be part of this impactful journey to success.
