We’re on the lookout for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our growing team. Role Overview: As a Social Media Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, scheduling posts, tracking performance metrics, and interacting with our online community. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about digital trends, creative storytelling, and brand building. Key Responsibilities: Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.) Assist in ideating monthly content calendars and social campaigns Coordinate with the design team for creatives and reels Monitor platform analytics and prepare performance reports Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage online reputation Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve Support influencer outreach and collaborations (if applicable) Required Skills: Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter Creative thinking with good writing and communication skills Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools is a plus Strong attention to detail and an eye for design Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field Internship or freelance experience in managing social media is preferred but not mandatory Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the digital space What We Offer: Opportunity to work with creative minds and exciting brands A collaborative and supportive team environment Hands-on experience with real-time campaigns and strategy Learning and growth opportunities in digital marketing Competitive salary and perks Ready to kickstart your social media journey?
