About the Role

We are seeking a versatile Website Developer with expertise in both front-end and back-end development. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in React.js, WordPress, and modern web technologies to build responsive, dynamic, and high-performance websites. You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining websites, ensuring smooth functionality, speed optimization, and SEO best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain websites using React.js, WordPress, and other frameworks/CMS.
• Create responsive and visually appealing front-end designs.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins as per project needs.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services for seamless functionality.
• Ensure websites are optimized for performance, security, and SEO.
• Collaborate with designers, content teams, and backend developers to deliver complete solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade websites when required.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2–5 years of proven experience in website development.
• Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Strong experience in WordPress – custom themes, plugins, Elementor, WooCommerce.
• Familiarity with PHP, MySQL, and REST APIs.
• Experience with website performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, caching, minification).
• Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design principles.
• Hands-on experience with Git/version control systems.

Good to Have (Preferred)

• Experience with Next.js, Node.js, or other modern frameworks.
• Exposure to Shopify / Wix / Webflow.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing integrations.
• Familiarity with UI/UX best practices.
• Basic knowledge of server management, hosting, and DNS setup.
