Full Stack Developer – React.js + Java Spring Boot

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js (Frontend) and Java Spring Boot (Backend) along with AWS RDS – MySQL database management skills. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance applications that drive real business value.

This is a remote opportunity, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment while being self-motivated and results-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js.
• Develop scalable and secure server-side logic with Java Spring Boot.
• Integrate frontend and backend components into a seamless full stack architecture.
• Manage and optimize AWS RDS MySQL databases for performance and scalability.
• Participate in API design, development, and integration.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, implementing bug fixes and performance enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–6 years of full stack development experience.
• Proficient in React.js, including Redux, Hooks, and component-based architecture.
• Strong backend development experience using Java Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL, preferably using AWS RDS.
• Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
• Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployment workflows.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software design patterns, and data structures.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.
• Exposure to microservices architecture.
• Basic knowledge of containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
