Web Developer

We are seeking an exceptional Web Developer who will be accountable for the coding, creative design, and overall layout of our website. Your responsibilities will involve constructing our website from its initial concept to its final completion, crafting every element from the homepage to the site's structure and functionality. You will be expected to write well-designed, testable, and efficient code by utilizing the best software development practices. Your tasks will also include developing website layouts and user interfaces using standard HTML and CSS techniques, as well as integrating data from various back-end services and databases. Additionally, you will gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs, create and maintain software documentation for reference and future development, and scale the website as necessary. To excel in this role, you must possess proven working experience in web programming, top-notch programming skills, and a deep understanding of modern HTML/CSS. Familiarity with programming languages such as PHP, MERN, Javascript, or Ruby on Rails is essential, along with a solid comprehension of web application functionalities, including security, session management, and development best practices. Furthermore, you should have adequate knowledge of relational database systems, experience in Object Oriented Programming and web application development, and proficiency in network diagnostics and analytics tools. Basic knowledge of the Search Engine Optimization process, strong problem diagnosis, and creative problem-solving abilities are also required. You should have excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks within set timelines and budgets, coupled with a keen business acumen. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly learn and master various web technologies and techniques is crucial. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
